The Regional Warning Centres, as part of International
Space Environment Service (ISES) chain, are responsible for collection and dissemination of recent observational data on solar geophysical conditions to users within the country and around the globe. A data exchange schedule operates with each centre providing and relaying data to the other
centres. The centre in Boulder plays a special role as "World Warning Agency", acting as a hub for data exchange and forecasts.
At present, there are 12 Regional Warning Centres scattered
around the globe.
